Jerome is a Law Clerk in our New York office focusing on capital markets and financing matters. Previously, Jerome interned at our Hong Kong office where he advised underwriters on a dual primary listing. Prior to joining Freshfields, Jerome externed at the office of the New York State Attorney General.
