Björn is a commercial litigator and advises both in and out of court.
He focuses on patent litigation as well as on IP and IT related questions, often within international transactions.
In addition, he advises on dispute resolution in general commercial law and has particular experience in the field of mass claims.
He also has a background in corporate law.
Björn speaks German (mother tongue) and is fluent in English.
