M&Aの他にも、保険業界のクライアントの様々な取引について助言を提供しています。特に、英国における金融サービス・市場法第7編（規制対象業務の譲渡に関する規制）に関係する取引やリストラクチャリングについて、高い実績を上げています。また、再保険の分野では、長寿スワップ（Longebity Swaps）や年金制度のバイアウトなど、損害保険と生命保険の分野における長期的で重要な再保険関連の取引についても助言を提供しています。
当事務所は、保険業界に影響を与える複雑な規制問題や業界全体の取り組みにおいても、主導的な役割を果たしています。EUにおけるソルベンシー規制であるソルベンシーⅡに関連するリストラクチャリングについて、保険会社及び再保険会社に助言を提供するなど、クロスボーダー案件も多数取り扱っています。

Advising Equitable Life on the restructuring and transfer of its entire business to Utmost Life and Pensions Limited in a deal that was of huge significance to the life insurance sector
