Advising Henderson Group on its $6bn all-stock merger of equals with Janus Capital to form Janus Henderson Global Investors, which has assets under management of more than $320bn.
Advising UBS on the merger of its European wealth management business into UBS Europe (Frankfurt) by way of a simultaneous cross-border merger of the Italian, Spanish, Luxemburgish and Dutch wealth management entities into UBS Deutschland, which was then converted into a societas Europaea.
Defending Mastercard against one of the first major opt-out collective actions under the new regime introduced by the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015.
