Advising Solvay on the €1bn sale to Blackstone of its Acetow business, which has operations in, among other places, Europe, US, Brazil, Russia.
Advising LANXESS on its synthetic rubber joint venture with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).
Advising FMC Corporation on the acquisition of Cheminova, a deal valued at $1.8bn and encompassing more than 30 jurisdictions.
We also advised FMC on the divestiture of its worldwide peroxide business to One Equity Partners.
Advising Kurita Water Industries on the €250m acquisition of Israel Chemicals' aluminum, paper chemicals and water treatment business.
Advising ChemChina on its $8bn acquisition of Italian tyre manufacturer Pirelli and acquisition of Germany’s KraussMaffei Group.
