Gian Luca advises on the full spectrum of antitrust and competition law, guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes with strategic precision. Known for his proactive approach, he helps businesses seize opportunities for growth and innovation while managing risks decisively. 

Gian Luca focuses on merger control, cartels, unilateral behavior, co-operation agreements and verticals, as well as state aid, both before the European Commission and the Italian antitrust authority. Clients value his collaborative, commercially astute approach in these matters. 

Gian Luca is also active in antitrust litigation at national and EU levels, enabling clients to protect their interests while maintaining strategic advantage in contentious situations.
