About
Justyna is an associate in our Brussels antitrust, competition and trade group.
Her practice covers all aspects of EU competition law, including state aid, merger control and antitrust compliance. She also regularly advises clients on the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
She has experience assisting multinational companies in proceedings before the European Commission and the Spanish Competition Authority.
Prior to joining Freshfields in 2022, Justyna completed a traineeship in a state aid unit of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition and in the Brussels office of a Spanish law firm.
She is fluent in English, Spanish and Polish.
