Katharina Shingler is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice group. She represents global companies in complex disputes and advises in connection with internal investigations. Her focus lies on high-value litigation and arbitration, mass claims and class actions – including strategic and commercial aspects as well as legal project management. She regularly works at the intersection of civil litigation, risk management and internal investigations.
