- Advising Cyprus company Highstat, controlled by Alexey Mordashov, the core shareholder of the Severstal Group, on the acquisition of shares in Power Machines, a major Russian heavy equipment manufacturer.
- Advising Power Machines on its joint venture with Siemens in the gas-turbine business.
