Jack is a corporate associate in our global transactions group based in London.
He has experience advising clients on public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions, joint venture arrangements and general corporate and listed company matters.
Jack trained at Freshfields and has spent time on secondment to the firm's Abu Dhabi office and on client secondment to Apple.
