Giulio Politi is a corporate senior associate in the Global Transactions group.
Giulio specializes in private equity projects and private M&A transactions. In recent years, he has advised Italian and international clients in the full range of deals including disposals and acquisitions of shares and assets, mergers and cross-border mergers, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, in a number of industries such as industrial and manufacturing, infrastructures/transport, consumer goods, healthcare, telecommunications, energy and real estate.
Giulio is a member of the firm’s global infrastructure/transport sector group.
