Marcel Neuhauser is an Associate at Freshfields' Vienna office and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
His practice focuses primarily on the regulatory aspects of transactions, with a particular emphasis on foreign direct investment (FDI) control. Marcel regularly advices international clients in navigating the complexities of FDI approval processes, ensuring the seamless clearance of cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Marcel gained experience at another leading corporate law firm in Vienna and also served as an external lecturer at the University of Salzburg.
